Item is an advertising card for The A T Stearns Lumber Company with locations in Boston. The card shows the First Parish Church at Dorchester, "covered with Stearns' Cypress Clapboarding". The card may have been used at an exposition as it states, "Do not fail to see our other exhibit before leaving the building." Estimated date of this advertising piece is 1890 to 1910.

The card has light corner tip wear. It also shows a faint moisture stain over approx 80% of the front (see image). The card is otherwise very clean and sturdy with only mild toning of the back.
