MOUNTAIN GOAT ... This species of Rocky Mountain wild life is hard to find, and even harder to photograph. They remain high in the mountains only coming down to drink and to the salt "licks". Mountain Goat inhabit light colour rock terrain which harmonises with the light coloured coat to form one of the finest camouflages provided by Nature. Do not confuse these animals with Big Horn sheep. Remember, Mountain Goat are almost a pure white in colour.
