This catalog has sections devoted to various farm animals. Similar to other
catalogs from International Stock Food Farm, each section has advertising
for their products.
The first section is entitled "Good Horse Sense." It includes many photos or
engravings of various breeds of horses, including: Directum, Abdallah,
Mambrino, Imp Messenger, Rysdyk's Hambletonian, Nutwood, Buttonwood, Hartford,
International Stock Food (pacer), Golden Bashaw, Robert J, Godolphin-Arabian,
Nancy Hanks, Star Pointer, Johnston, George Wilkes, Electrite, Alix, Rosewood,
Malcolm, Perfection, Beau Brummel, Samson 300, and Salvator.
The next section is entitled, "Milk or Beef," and includes various breeds of
cattle, including, Short-Horns, Jerseys, Ayrshires, Devons, Herefords, and
others. As with the previous pages, this section on cattle includes photos or
drawings of champion stock along with several general images.
The remaining sections are entitled, "Profit in Hogs," "Food or Fleece,"
"Veterinary Department," and "Money in Poultry." Each section includes
images of that type of stock animal.
The cover of this catalog is missing. The first page shows moderate soiling
and has some pencil marks, but remains completely legible. All pages have
bumped corners and light edge wear, with a few having folded corners. The
last page, and 6 or 7 adjacent pages, have a stain at the top edge
