The photos are of the horses, the buildings and other scenes at East View Farm, as well as an interesting photo Mr John H Shults working with a colt.

The cover shows minor edge wear and light foxing at the edges. It is intact but is separated from the catalog. The inner pages are in very good condition and are 100% legible.
