The book has Navy Blue cloth-covered boards with Gilt lettering and a publisher Monogram. The cover has shelf wear at the head and tail of the spine. It has bumped outer corner tips of the boards, as well as light wear at the board edges. The page outer edges are moderately soiled. The front end paper has a stamp from Mann's Business Training School at Columbus, Ohio, along with two penciled owner's names. The end papers show mild foxing and several leaves have a faint moisture stain at the bottom edge. The boards also have light moisture stain.
