This appears to be a wire photo of a horse to high wheel sulky with driver, passing the grand stand at Saratoga. The caption from a news release attached on back reads, "At the finish of the high wheel sulky exhibition on Labor Day at Saratoga Harness, was Del MacTavish, Jr, scoring by three lengths in 2:14.4. The sulkies are exact replicas of bikes used as far back as the Civil War."

The photo measures approximately 10 x 8 inches.

It is in excellent condition with only slight edge wear.
