The artistic front cover and adjacent cover page, as well as the back cover and adjacent page, are loose. The artistic front cover has missing areas from the side and bottom edges (see image). All pages have a 2-inch (approximate) tear from the center of the left edge and a slightly shorter tear at the center of the top edge. Pages are otherwise intact and legible.
