Posted 1943 from Kansas City MO.
Wrapper has bumped corners and edges, along with soiling at the edges.
The folder appears to have been subjected to a combination of dust and moisture, so some of the residue is cleanable. Fortunately, the Inner panels are bright and clean on the main part of the scenes, even though all the panels have slight rippling at the side edges, and some have small deposits of soiling at the edges.
