In addition to names of officers and general information about the Fair, this booklet lists the details of the premiums to be awarded for exhibits and events.

The booklet includes a brief history of the State of Michigan. It also has several pages with photos of many of the people involved with managing the State Fair activities.

Many advertisements are shown throughout the pages for area businesses.

It measures approximately 5-1/4 x 7-3/4 inches; it contains 224 pages, plus the covers. It has only minor wear of the covers. The pages are in excellent condition.
