The cover has wear at the staple-fold and a folded corner. The inner pages have light wear and several pages are loose. They are otherwise clean and completely legible. The grayish, vertical stripe near the left edge was added to conceal a handwritten name. Measures approx 6 x 9 x 1/8 inches.
