The wrapper features views of: the New Civic Center, and the Planetarium.
The inside of the wrapper shows: a brief history of Los Angeles.
Folder is designed with a litho wrapper and 12 full color, fan-folded images. Manufactured by Longshaw Card Co.
Not postally used.
Wrapper has only slight corner wear. The fan-folded insert is partially loosened from the wrapper, but is otherwise in Excellent condition with no visible wear.
