The wrapper features views of the New Civic Center, and the Planetarium. The inside of the wrapper shows a brief history of Los Angeles. The folder is designed with a litho wrapper and 12 full-color, fan-folded images. Manufactured by Longshaw Card Co.

Wrapper has only slight corner wear and light foxing at bottom edge of front. Vertical streak apx 1" from left edge of wrapper. Inner fanfolded panels in Excellent condition.
