Wrapper has moderate corner and edge wear, and is creased at the slit. It shows soiling near the edges, as well as an approx 1x2 inch area of soiling/stain at the lower right corner of the address panel. There is an approx 1/2 inch patch of a greenish wax-like substance adhered to the flap. The inner panels are in Good condition with minor corner wear.
