Item is a program for harness racing events at the Delaware, Ohio, County Fair. Winner of the Little Brown Jug was Shadow Play driven by David Miller. About half the events are marked with the time and finish order.

The program measures 8-1/2 x 11 inches and has 52 pages, plus the covers. The 2007 Jug winner, Tell All, is featured on the cover. Also shown on the cover: Glenn Brown 2008 Honoree.

The wrappers (or covers) have only minor wear. The pages are clean and bright with no tears or creasing.
