Item is a program for harness racing events at the Delaware, Ohio, County Fair. Winner of the Jugette was Showherthemoney driven by Jim Morrill, Jr. A few of the events are marked with the time and finish order.

The program measures 8-1/2 x 11 inches and has 56 pages, plus the covers. The 2008 Jugette winner, Good News Lady, is featured on the cover. Also shown on the cover: Joe Thomson 2009 Honoree.

The wrappers (or covers) have only minor wear. The pages are clean and bright with no tears or creasing.
