Item is a program for harness racing events at the Delaware, Ohio, County Fair. Events are marked with the time and finish order.

The program measures 8-1/2 x 11 inches and has 60 pages, plus the covers. The winner of the 2015 OBC Two Year Old Colt Pace, Mr Wiggle Pants, is featured on the cover. Also shown on the cover: Bill Lowe 2016 Honoree.

The wrappers (or covers) have only minor wear. The pages are clean and bright with no tears or creasing, except that a few of the page have a folded upper corner.
