Front cover is stamped for the local office at St Louis, Missouri. The pages are pre-printed for the years 1943 through 1947. Pages for 1944, 1945, and 1946 are used; the pages for 1943 and 1947 are unused.

This staple-bound booklet measures approximately 6 x 3-3/8 inches when closed.

It has faint moisture stain at the upper left and lower right corners of the covers. The inner pages are clean and bright and don't have the moisture stain. The covers have minor corner wear and are slightly toned.
