The card measures approximately 4-1/2 x 6 inches. The back is plain, except for a marking at the bottom edge, "Trinity Episcopal Church ... Columbus, Ohio."

The card is clean and bright, with only minor edge wear. It also has a vertical crease along the left edge of the lower left corner.
