This pocket-size note book includes a calendar for 1920 inside the front cover, a calendar for 1921 inside the back cover, preprinted pages to record farming information, and several pages with light blue grid marks. It holds a total of 32 pages.

The cover and pages show only minor edge wear. There are small stains at the staples. A name and address (Harrisonville, Missouri) are handwritten in the spaces on the first page, but the other pages are unused. There is a crease at the lower right corner of the front cover.

The booklet measures approximately 2-1/2 x 5-1/2 when closed.
