Shipping Services
Most orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. A preferred USPS shipping service can be selected during checkout. Unusually large or heavy packages may be shipped via United Parcel Service.

Packaging for Postcards and other Small Items
Postcards and other small paper items are shipped in photo mailers or in bubble mailers with sturdy reinforcement. A shipping option is also available for enclosing the postcard(s) in a plain business grade envelope. Caution should be used when selecting the plain envelope, as there is minimal protection against rough handling of the envelope while in transit.

Packaging for Larger Items
Items are packaged securely and shipped with appropriate markings. Packaging materials that come in direct contact with your purchase are new. From time to time, recycled materials are used for outer packaging components. All packaging materials used, both new and recycled, are deemed to withstand normal handling while in transit.

Insurance
Insurance is optional to locations within the U.S. and is encouraged for high value purchases. The cost of insurance is according to the rates published by the US Postal Service and based on the total purchase, before shipping costs are added. If US Postal Service insurance protection is desired for a purchase, the appropriate fee should be included with payment. Please note that refunds and allowances are not offered for items that are damaged or lost in transit without insurance.
