The wrapper front panel shows postal markings and a small view of the gardens. The wrapper back panel shows another view of the gardens. The inside panels of the wrapper display paragraphs of information about the area.

The wrapper has light corner wear. It is gently creased at the ends of the slit. The fan-folded insert has no visible wear.
