This catalog includes over 400 horses for sale. Nearly all listings show descriptive and pedigree information, except for a few saddlers that show only the name and very brief information. Several listings include photos of the horse. Sires shown in the pedigrees include, Iowa Todd, Arion Guy, J Malcomb Forbes, Guy Axworthy, Belwin, The Harvester, Azoff, and many others.

This catalog has an Index to Named Horses, and Index to Named Saddle Horses, and and Index to Consignors.

The bottom half of one page is missing, which showed the listing for Linnie Azoff. The missing section also showed the listing for High Azoff and part of the listing for Jack Azoff.

The front cover and title page are loose. The back cover is missing, and the last page is loose. The inner pages have gently bumped corners and soiling on the outer edges, but they are otherwise clean and completely legible. Measures approx 6 x 9 x 1/2 inches.
