The die-cut scrap is brightly colored and embossed, showing a young man at a doorway surrounded by doves and a hand holding a bouquet of roses. The card has scalloped edges with applied silver leaf; it measures approximately 3-7/8 x 2-1/8 inches. The visitor's name is printed on the card under the scrap.

Both the card and the scrap have only slight wear. Except that the scrap is loose from the card. See images.
