The front die-cut panel is brightly colored with gilt accent. The back panel is also die-cut, with the name "John Wood" printed at center. The card measures approximately 4 x 2-1/2 inches.

It has light creasing at the corners of the back panel. The back panel also shows some foxing at the outer edges.
