This pocket-size book includes a calendar for 1925 inside the front cover. The first 56 pages include information on welding, street lighting, telephony, horsepower and torque, power plants, electric railway statistics, and other topics, along with promotional information for Westinghouse. The last 12 pages show colored maps of the world. The remaining pages include: 7 spaces on each page for notes, pages with spaces for telephone numbers, and pages for memoranda.

The diary measures approximately 2-1/2 x 4-1/2 when closed. All pages are gilt-edged, with nearly all gilt intact.

Some of the pages have handwritten notations (see image), but most are unused.
